Shea butter is fat extracted from the nuts of the shea tree. It is widely used in cosmetics as a moisturizer. It is a superfood for the skin. Shea butter has a specific nutty aroma rich in vitamins A, E, and F, which provides the skin with essential fatty acids and nutrients to promote collagen production. Shea butter melts at body temperature, with a creamy texture and no chemicals and additives, making it suitable for cosmetics such as moisturizer creams, hair conditioners for dry and brittle hair, and soap making. Local women groups traditionally handcraft our shea butter. It is made from the freshest and carefully selected shea nuts ethically sourced from rural women in the northern part of Ghana.
